Next to the Latvian capital Rīga, Vidzeme Planning Region elaborated a regional spatial development concept, suggesting to locate a new hydrogen refuelling station near the capital in Salaspils. Compiling the development concept, Vidzeme Planning Region closely collaborated with the Latvian Ministry of Transport.
