Our full member Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg is hosting the UITP Summits in 2025 and 2027.

The UITP Summit (previously known as the UITP Global Public Transport Summit) is the definitive public transport event for the sector, welcoming over 10,000 public transport professionals ranging from operators, authorities, industry suppliers, and policy makers from across the world.

The Free and Hansesatic City of Hamburg, one of our full members, is going to host the UITP summits in 2025 and 2027. The city’s thriving economy, innovative infrastructure, and world-class public transport make Hamburg a hub for mobility advancements.

During the 2025 UITP summit, you will have the chance to learn also about achievements in the Scandria Corridor Regions. To the right you can find a selection of sessions, showcasing experiences from the Scandria Corridor.

The Berlin Senate participates with a focus on the Berlin-Brandenburg initiative for more rail transport i2030 and the Memorandum of Understanding signed with the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg to develop public transport of the future in both cities sharing knowledge.
