Collaborative logistics: a methodological approach to decarbonize and innovate urban freight
European regions are applying the collaborative logistics approach more and more widely due to the lack of existing resources and knowledge. Join this talk to learn how urban freight planning can benefit from collaborative logistics.
Why you should join this talk
The European Network for Logistics Competence Centers aims to create synergies and knowledge exchange between academic institutions and research centers focused on logistics issues. The aim of the network was to create a platform for collaborative logistics and create moment of expertise exchange to allow the members to enrich their knowledge and access to useful lessons learnt from other contexts and projects.
During this webinar, the speakers will present different applications of collaborative logistics through EU and nationally funded projects. The aim of the webinar is to highlight how collaborative logistics can contribute to decarbonize last mile delivery in urban nodes and to make it more efficient. Finally, another objective is to discuss how collaborative logistics can strengthen transnational cooperation in EU projects, also positively influencing the project outputs.
