During the Connecting Europe Days, the Scandria Alliance will organise side events and will be present in the main event’s exhibition area. Meet us at stand 69!
Since 2019, the Scandria Alliance has provided an arena for cities and regions to collaborate on climate-smart, multimodal and resilient transport connectivity at the interface to sustainable regional development between Scandinavia and the Adriatic Sea.
Ever since, the Scandria Alliance has been promoting regional initiatives and projects at the Connecting Europe Days to showcase the importance of an aligned European transport policy for the sake of spatial and regional development of its member regions.
This year, the Connecting Europe Days, Europe’s mobility flagship event, will take place from 28 September to 1 October 2026 in Brussels. The Scandria Alliance and its members will again be present, along with their annual General Assembly.
At several events and in the exhibition area of the main event, you will have the chance to have a dialogue with our members on their current projects and initiatives – on a broad range of topics such as benefits and resilience of cross-border transport infrastructure or urban nodes at the core of the European Transport Network.
Will you be attending the Connecting Europe Days in Brussels? This is where you will be able to meet the Scandria Alliance:
• On 28 September, the Scandria Alliance invites to the high-level seminar “Connecting People. Connecting Regions. Connecting Europe: Wider benefits of cross-border transport infrastructure” hosted by the European Committee of Regions,
• The same day, the Nordic Gateway – in collaboration with the Scandria Alliance – invites to an evening reception “Strengthening strategic cross-border connectivity in Northern Europe – advancing the TEN-T network between the Nordic and Baltic cities”,
• On 1 October, POLIS and the Scandria Alliance invite to the POLIS-Scandria Alliance-BSR Workshop: “Urban Nodes at the core of TEN-T”,
• At the Scandria Alliance stand in the Exhibition Area of the Connecting Europe Days, you’ll meet projects and initiatives of our member organisations (stand no. 69, Grand Hall).
